Purchased as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it . High quality for a lower budget. As nerdy adults, I appreciate the variety of licensed products they have. Will be purchasing again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
The watch arrived almost 3 months late, and considering the delay, it already felt highly overpriced for what it is.

When the watch was finally shipped, it was sent directly from the manufacturer, which seems to be done to avoid holding stock and, more importantly, without informing the customer about customs charges. I only found out when I received a customs payment letter from the courier. This was never mentioned clearly at the time of purchase.

When I contacted the company about this, their response was that “no one has a problem paying customs fees”, which I found dismissive and unprofessional. Customers should be informed upfront, not surprised later.

To make things worse, when I shared my experience honestly on their social media, I was blocked across all platforms instead of being offered support or a resolution.

Overall, the experience is not worth spending £200+ on a watch with no real brand value that seems designed mainly to maximise their own profit. At this price point, you’re far better off buying a Casio Edifice or any other established brand with proven quality and transparent service.

I was disappointed with this product I have bought several watches from the company and I have been very impressed but this watch I don’t think it was made by fillipo lorreti think it was made in china and used your brand name to sell it I may be wrong but that’s my opinion please correct me if i am wrong .
