Who is Filippo Loreti?

Filippo Loreti’s mission isn’t to imitate luxury brands, but to offer fun, creative, well-made designs at a fair price point, while pushing the industry forward in our own way. We believe in challenging the status quo, introducing clever innovations, and building timepieces that feel fresh rather than familiar.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and other local payment options shown at checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible until you receive the parcel. Once received, you may be charged a return or exchange fee depending on the situation.

Did my order go through successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination and product availability. On average, orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons or pre-orders, delivery may take longer.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your shipment.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Customs duties and import taxes depend on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.

PRE-ORDERS

What does “pre-order” mean?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a watch before it is officially in stock. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. Be careful to always check next to the product title if the watch has a pre-order status (often in big font size and bold).

Can pre-order shipping dates change?

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to production or logistics delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed by email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the process.

Are engraved or customized watches returnable?

No, watches with custom engravings are non-refundable.

WATCH CARE

Are Filippo Loreti watches waterproof?

Water resistance varies by model. Please check the product page for your watch’s specific rating and usage guidelines. You can see the ATM resistance in every product page (under Technical Specifications).

Can I swim or shower with my watch?

Most watches are waterproof. You should be careful with leather straps as we do not recommend extended/regular exposure to water. Always ensure the crown is fully secured before any water exposure.

How do I care for my watch?

Clean your watch gently with a soft cloth and avoid strong shocks, extreme temperatures, and magnetic fields.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we run promotions from time to time. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Why does the price look different from an ad I saw?

Promotional prices are often time-limited and may be available only through specific links or campaigns. Prices may change without prior notice.

I can’t log in to my account—what should I do?

If you already have an account, please ensure you are using the same email address used at checkout. If you don’t remember creating an account, one may not yet exist.

If you did not receive an account activation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you can’t find it, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to resend the invite.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Where do your watches ship from?

All Filippo Loreti orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?

Free shipping is available only for selected regions and for orders above $100. If your country is not included, standard shipping fees will apply and are shown at checkout.

WATCH DETAILS & SIZING

Where can I find the specifications of a watch?

All technical specifications are listed directly on the product page under the “Technical Specifications” section.

Can you adjust or resize my strap before shipping?

We do not offer strap customization before shipping. All watches are sent with standard-size straps.

Can I resize my bracelet after delivery?

Yes. We recommend visiting a certified local jeweler or watchmaker to remove or add links safely.

WARRANTY & AFTERSALES

How long is the warranty valid?

Filippo Loreti watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

What is not covered under warranty?

Battery replacement, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, water damage caused by misuse, and watches serviced by non-authorized repair centers are not covered.

Do you issue paper warranty cards?

No. We operate with a paperless warranty. Your order number or the email used for purchase is sufficient for warranty claims.

How long does a repair take?

Warranty servicing typically takes several weeks, depending on the issue and your parts availability.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & LOST PARCELS

What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please check with household members or neighbors first. If the parcel is still missing, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What if my package is delayed?

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are possible only before shipment. Once an order has shipped or is preparing for dispatch, it can no longer be canceled. Once the parcel is received, you will have the option to return the product.
